Enhancement: Support for large number of images
HoudahGeo has been optimized to handle any number of files. This applies end to end: bulk import, bulk geocoding, bulk export. Export functions may be time consuming with really large image counts.

HoudahGeo now properly falls back on file creation date when geocoding files with no EXIF date.
