Sales are processed by FastSpring or through Apple App Stores. In this process, we do not get access to your credit card or bank account information. Where possible, we do keep records of your purchase, licensing and activation information.
Personal information is used by Houdah Software for the purpose of supporting your use of our products.
If you opt in to receive our newsletter, we will periodically email your with updates about our products and services. Subscriptions are handled Campaign Monitor. You can unsubscribe from newsletters at any time. Newsletters may also promote third party products and services. Communication will be initiated by Houdah Software. Your contact information will not be sold to third parties.
Our web server collects non-personal information including your IP address, browser information and operating system.
We rely on third-party services (such as Google Analytics, Clicky and AddThis) to measure visitors to our website. The information we collect from analytics helps us understand what parts of our sites are doing well, how people arrive at our site and so on. These services record what pages you view within our site, how you arrived at our site and some basic information about your computer. All of that information is anonymous — so we don’t know who you are; just that somebody visited our site.
